The Wholistic Quest
A space for the quiet work of returning to yourself, and growing a life that feels like your own again.
The Wholistic Quest is about coming back to yourself. Born from my own long road back to health, this space is rooted in a whole-person view of wellbeing, one that honors the mind and body, and the nervous system that connects them. Together, we move at a pace that feels sustainable, supporting the gradual, meaningful process of helping you feel more like yourself again.
It's in its early days, still taking shape. Not a finished story, but an honest one.
Home, in both senses
There's the self we return to, and the home we live in. Both shape how well we feel.
I spent years in a home that was quietly working against me, and I felt it in my body long before I understood what it was.
The Wholistic Quest holds both: a way back to yourself, and to your home, where you feel like you belong.
Why this work
I've spent years working on my body and myself at the same time. There were protocols, labs, and specialists, and the slow rebuilding of a body that had stopped cooperating. Underneath all of that was something quieter, having to do with what I believed about myself, how I'd been living my life, and what I'd stopped letting myself want.
I needed both. I still do. Neither one was ever going to get me healthier, or get me back to myself, on its own. I don't think you get to skip either.
Almost everyone gets handed a diagnosis and a protocol. Almost nobody gets asked what they used to love.
Beyond the work
I live in the city and love it, though I'm happiest on a trail or near the water. Hiking and biking are things I'm finding my way back to, a little more each season, which is its own kind of practice. Live music and travel are part of what keeps me going. Living abroad shaped me, and so has the life I've built here in Los Angeles.
In the making
More is coming, built slowly and with care.
